Love love love. Amazing instructors that understand children. Firm & gentle at the same time. They are also instilling core values with each lesson.

The folks at Wolf are the most welcoming group of savages you’ll ever meet; which is EXACTLY what you want when looking for a gym! The owners and instructors are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the sport, which has created and fostered an incredible culture. The environment is very welcoming and helpful to newcomers. While the regular more experienced students push each other to get better everyday by training at a high level. All skill and conditioning levels can find a home at Wolf. The kids program is amazing as well! My son went from a shy and unsure 5 year old to a very confident and disciplined 7 year old over the last two years. He is developing real skills that’ll help him for the rest of his life; invaluable. I’m grateful my son decided to try jiu jitsu 2 years ago…and even more grateful he forced me to do it with him! ;-)

I’ve been cross training with wolf for some time now. And they have always been welcoming and supportive. The love they have for the art is awesome and the community they built is amazing, always great rolls and a lot of talent on those mats!

Wolf is amazing! Shane and Rachel are hands down the most dedicated caring people. They will help anyone and are great at what they do! My daughter goes here because of an issue she had with school, and they took her under their wing and have given her so much confidence. Rachel also has personally been training my husband, who suffered a spinal stroke and had limited mobility. With the little bit of time she has worked with him, he has increased his ability to walk and made him want to get in shape. These people are phenomenal! Don't change who you are or what you do. 💯

This is the best martial art and here you can train with the best kind of people. The culture here the best I've seen anywhere. After only one week it already felt like home.

Came up with Shane and Rachel. They are both credentialed black belts. While I'm not there on a daily basis, whenever I pop in I am sure to train with as many of their students as I can. I've been training for 15 years, so I am able to distinguish well-taught students from those who are not properly instructed. It is evident, without exception, that Wolf bjj students know what they are doing and that is a testament to the level of instruction provided by Shane and Rachel. More importantly, they are good people who care about their students' development...on and off the mat.

Enrolling our daughter into Wolf Jiu-jitsu was one of the best parenting decisions my husband and I have ever made. We moved into the neighborhood almost 3 years ago and when she started middle school she really didn't have any friends. That first year she was very withdrawn, her grades started slipping and we later found out she was being bullied. After hearing a lot of positive things about this school my husband and I decided to get her enrolled. She has been attending Wolf for about 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! She has built new friendships, is no longer bullied, she is excelling in school and is very confident in herself. We couldn't be happier! Wolf has helped us reinforce everything we try to instill in our children as parents ....to never give up when things get hard, to get back up even after you get knocked down and to believe in yourself always. Wolf JiuJitsu has trained her to stand up and defend herself when she needs to and when raising a young woman this is so important! We love the school so much that we even enrolled our youngest daughter last year and she loves it too!! The coaches are great, there are various classes throughout the week that the kids can attend, they make it fun for them and overall its just a great atmosphere. If we could give the place more stars we would! We Highly Recommend!!

Great jiujitsu school! The owners really care about the students’ progression in jiujitsu. It’s a great, friendly atmosphere where the owners/instructors do charity events and have an annual tournament benefitting toys for underprivileged kids. I highly recommend Wolf jiujitsu!!!!

I have spent years training with Team Wolf and in my 13+ years on the mat I can say with confidence this is the most dedicated gym I have encountered. I look forward to many many more years working to improve both myself and my ability on the mat. Discipline> motivation.

I've been an on and off again student at this gym for years. Life happens, Schedule changes, family grows ect. WOLF Coaches and teammates have always embraced my returns. I can't stop recommending this place enough. Personally can't wait to come back after baby's arrival and can't wait till the little one is old enough to start the kids classes. This is always HOME BASE & A SAFE PLACE.

We’ve been attending for a year and a half, and I can’t imagine my son training anywhere else! Coach Rachel is incredibly kind, patient, and creates a fun environment for the kids while they learn. My son absolutely loves going to class and gets so upset if he has to miss one! He’s also been able to join open mats where Coach Shane even jumped in to train and play with him. The dedication and care they show the kids are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Great school with great instructors. As someone who came in with zero experience and knowledge. They really made me feel comfortable while in the gym. Highly recommend wolf bjj & mma as a place to train.

Wolf is not just a place to just train. It’s a place that we call home. We are there 2-3 times a week. It’s a family place. Rachel and Shane not only are great business owners but great people. They are role models for my 11 year old. He looks up to them and sees their passion for the sport and the business they own and run. We have been there for over 3 years and it was the best decision we made for our son. It’s not just Brazilian Jiu Jitsu they offer MMA, kickboxing, kids and adult classes, kids day camps in the summer, daily fitness training and one on one training too. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of joining the Jiu Jitsu community.

I’ve been training at Wolf for a couple of years now and wouldn’t trade my experience for the world. Shane and Rachel are passionate, endearing, and always bring out the best in everyone at the gym. It truly feels like they want you to be there as much (if not more) than you want to be there yourself, and that is all that you can ask for in a coach or mentor. I am grateful for Wolf’s contributions to my growth and development as a person and couldn’t recommend a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym more.

As a SA survivor working through PTSD. I give Wolf 5 ⭐️ Rating if I could give more I would! First time trying out combative sports while Working through PTSD. ALL coaches are professional and understanding with my triggers and anxiety attacks. Honestly, with their help I my recovery wouldn’t be as successful. Other Plus: Clean & Sanitary bathrooms Clean & Sanitary Mats

Looking to try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu? Look no further. I cannot recommend Wolf BJJ enough. Fun and exciting environment that will continue to challenge you week in and week out. Rachel and Shane are amazing and very accommodating to all skill levels. They also offer wrestling, MMA, and yoga, which makes them even more unique and separates them from the rest of the competition.

Highly Recommend. I bought a 2 month membership as a birthday present to my son. We moved to this town and my son was searching for a new Jiu Jitsu School. This school has no judgement, diverse, and welcoming. Rachel was kind, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. My son said "This is my new home, this is the best Birthday gift ever" Also, my son said Shane was super cool and fun to train with. Thank you guys so much for helping me give my son the perfect gift!

Wolf BJJ owners Shane and Rachel are as passionate about teaching martial arts as anyone I've ever met across more than a dozen gyms, and their passion is matched by the high quality of their instruction. When I first met them as training partners, Shane and Rachel were always willing to spend time after class to assist anyone needing extra help learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and MMA techniques, in addition to often teaching classes themselves. Now as owners of their own gym, their dedication to martial arts training really shines through in the way they educate and develop their students. They offer classes with different levels of intensity to make both experienced practitioners and new members feel comfortable. Whether you want to learn martial arts for basic self defense or to compete as a professional fighter, I strongly recommend Wolf BJJ.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Being a girl, I wanted to learn about some self-defense techniques in order to protect myself from anything. Wolf Brazilian was very inviting and I like that it is a smaller, more intimate space to learn about Jiu Jitsu and MMA. I was always worried about joining a place like this, out of fear and intimidation. However, the instructors/owners, Shane and Rachel, are very knowledgeable and inclusive when it comes to newbies. They teach you different ways to get out of a hold or how to place someone in a hold, yourself. For veterans, there are even plenty of skilled students willing to help you and show you what works best for them. Each student is on a different level, which makes the challenge even more exciting. Their main goal is to make you enjoy the class, while also teaching you more about defense and fighting. Not to mention, the place is always clean and I'm never worried. Definitely check it out and try!

After years of traditional stand up Tang Soo Do, I decided to give Jiu Jitsu a try. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the training and experience I get from this gym. Classes are available every weeknight, and the coaches Rachel and Shane are dedicated to their craft and willing to shape every student into the best that they can be. If you’re looking for a place to train and serious about learning, this is the place to be.
