Barnyard MMA has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment you step through the doors, you’re welcomed into a community that genuinely cares about your growth and success. The coaching staff is top-notch—each instructor brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the mat, making classes both challenging and rewarding. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, there’s something for everyone here. What I love most is the diversity of programs they offer. Their youth programs are fantastic, teaching kids not just martial arts techniques but also discipline, respect, and confidence. The adult classes are equally impressive, offering a perfect balance of technique, fitness, and mental toughness. Barnyard MMA also goes above and beyond in catering to specific groups like military personnel, law enforcement officers, and women interested in self-defense. The support and camaraderie within these specialized programs are incredible—there’s a real sense of community and mutual respect that permeates the entire gym. If you're looking for a place to train, get fit, and be part of a supportive and motivated community, Barnyard MMA is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Great coaches, teammates, friends, family… This is more than just a gym, it’s a place to learn, to grow, to challenge yourself, to become the best version of you. One of the only gyms around NKY/Cinci that has a cage. From BJJ, no-gi, MMA, wrestling, Muay Thai/kickboxing, tactical jiujitsu, private lessons, CrossFit, 24/7 access… whether you want to compete, get in shape, try something new for fun, whatever… Get in here and check it out. YEP!
