After my 3 day free trial, my decision was easy. They do amazing things with kids even those that need a little extra attention. The adult classes coincide with the kids classes so it is extremely easy and convenient for me to get my work out in while the kids enjoy their classes as well... amazing atmosphere and very inviting... love love love this opportunity that I wasn't even aware I was looking for!!! I'm learning so much while having fun and getting into shape... highly recommend

This is a great group of skilled and knowledgeable people in a family environment. This place offers multiple training opportunities throughout the day and the ability to take advantage of all of them for one price. I highly recommend the AM kickboxing classes, but I haven't had a bad class in the six plus months that I've been going.

Great coaching and awesome people here! My family found an activity that we can all do together. My son is 9 and we are both 45. Lot's of different kinds of classes at different times of the day makes it easy for us to participate often. It has made huge improvements for my son's confidence. If you are looking for something that is challenging and rewarding, this is the place!

I've been with this TCMMA gym family for about 14 years now. Great family environment. My son and GF both train here. Great place to get in shape, to compete at high levels or anything in between. Their instructors are top notch. Facility is always being updated to look better. Come check out a free class or two!

I joined this gym in May 2019 and LOVE IT! The instructors are knowledgeable and have never made me feel incompetent or uncomfortable, which is a big thing to me since the kickboxing and jui juitsu are all new to me. They are very welcoming and encouraging to people of all skills and ages. I've been learning new skills with a great bunch of people that feel like family now! The best part is that the instructors know their skills well and have competed in their specific sports - so can bet you are learning the real thing!
