Z73 is a solid Brazilian jiu jitsu club with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. The instructor is knowledgeable and patient, making it suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners. Training sessions are well structured and focused on real progress, with plenty of attention to technique. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the vibe is friendly. A great place to learn and improve while enjoying the sport.
