Great coaches, great partners, great way to stay healthy and fit. A very encouraging group of people of all ages, shapes and sizes. Ryan has successfully created a resource built on respect and kindness that we are lucky to have.

I have been training at Stratford BJJ for 10 years now. It has been a blessing and life changer. I have made a lot of great friends and have gained confidence and strength. I highly recommend Stratford BJJ with its welcoming and safe environment, amazing coaches. Offers tots, kids, youth, women’s only, boxing. Definitely come and check it out.

What an amazing place to train at and be a part of. Stratford BJJ feels like home. The culture, the atmosphere, the people make it an incredible club to be a part of. My children are supported in their efforts. Because of how wonderful the kids program & their coaches are, I joined as a member and am happy to say I'm over a year in now and have no interest in slowing down. I cannot imagine being a part of any other gym. Stratford BJJ is inclusive, fun, and provides incredible support to the members both young and old (like me). Stratford BJJ is highly recommended for ANY and ALL programs. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about the gym & staff.

Super fun and inclusive atmosphere! All skill levels in each class give every student a healthy amount of struggle and fun. The women's program is female led and a great amount of ladies to train with. The kids classes start from 4+years old and are an absolute riot to watch from the gallery! 10/10 recommend this academy where friends quickly become family. They give you a one week trial, you just have to show up with a water bottle and a positive attitude! There will be someone to walk you through your very first days, so no need to worry about not knowing what to do. ❤️

Ryan is the hidden gem of bjj in Stratford, his school and classes in Stratford is very welcoming, and personally I have trained in bjj for a few months and had looked around for a few schools, and bjj is all about a positive learning environment, which Ryan provides to all his students. At first I had brought my girl friend here because she wanted to learn kick boxing, and because the vibe is so good at the gym, she also became interested in bjj which really shows for how good the learning environment is here. Anyone who is curious or interested in bjj, boxing, kick boxing or fitness in general should drop in for a few classes!
