The instructors really know their stuff. They do their best to provide a comfortable learning space for no-gi and gi jiu jitsu.
Awesome for if you’re looking to take it more serious in order for possible competitions, or just wanting to learn and get a fun exercise in! I’ve seen Chris Comrie (black belt head instructor) coach for gold in competitions, and have even seen him win an MMA fight with his jiu jitsu. Phatima is also an amazing coach who describes technique very well, you can tell her and Comrie are both extremely passionate about not just jiu jitsu but teaching it.

It was a great place to start my first Jujitsu experience! Every time I visit the gym, I learn something new and get to practice with others to improve my skills.

I started my BJJ journey at Imbroglio and it’s been an amazing experience. Coach Chris and Fatima are fantastic instructors. They are highly skilled, supportive, and great at teaching. I love that they offer both Gi and No-Gi classes, so I get to learn both styles. The training is top-notch, and the environment is super welcoming. Highly recommend!
