My kids and I had such an great experience here with coach Dante. After our first class, my kids could not stop talking about how much of an amazing time they had, especially how welcoming and friendly coach Dante was to them. We were very nervous on our first day but he offered nothing but positive smiles and feedback on multiple occasions. Even though we live about 30 minutes away from here (and with many other schools within a 10 minute radius), we gladly make this commute to come here because this is hands down one of the best environments and you feel like part of the family after your first day. It was an easy decision to join this school. Coach Dante makes the learning experience fun and exciting. I think it's very important that you have fun and enjoy what you are doing because this will lead to a commitment and becomes a lifestyle. Not only is coach Dante good at martial arts, but he is good FOR martial arts. He is definitely someone that you would want your kids to model after and is such a great representation for martial arts. He is patience, understanding, and cares about all his student regardless of skill level giving the practice a good name. Amazing people here who only look down on you when they are helping you up.

Dante is great with people in general. He has an uncanny ability to connect with kids and has a way of teaching that adults can understand as well. He is a true martial artist and always strives to be better, in BJJ or striking. People will be lucky to train with a talented and kind individual such as Dante. Thanks for the training! Osss!

My Friend was visiting from VT where she's been doing BJJ for about 2 weeks and talked me into going with her for a private lesson. We chose Capital MMA in Fairfax and it was an absolute incredible experience. Dante is a seasoned martial arts professional who took his time to gives us a solid introduction into the BJJ art form and we learned so much just in this 1-on-1 lesson. I highly recommend Capital MMA for anyone who is looking to get a good intro into this sport. Definitely a 5 out 5 star location!!

We were looking for something where beginners (kids and adults) are welcome for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and found more than we were expecting here. Dante is an amazing instructor. Friendly environment, good class options including family, adults and women-specific classes. The option to train at any Capital MMA gym is a big plus if you want to try Muay Thai, MMA and Crossfit too. Highly recommended!

My daughters have been doing Brazilian Jiutsu with coach Dante for the last 7 years. My husband has joined the family class and now I joined the combat fitness class with coach Kelsey. They are a great team, very caring, personable, hardworking and dedicated to their school and their students. We ♥️ them!
