In town for a conference, was able to do a drop in morning no-gi class with Coach Ahnise! He was very knowledgable, attentive and made sure everyone in the class had a good workout and a great time. Thank you! I will stop in again if I’m ever in town.

This gym is unparalleled in training techniques and community. I've been pushed mentally and physically, all while having the time of my life, and am absolutely better for it! Everyone here is always willing to help and even meet early or stay late to continue training. Classes are always accommodating to someone completely new or with 10 years experience - which seems like it would be a tough thing to balance. I also love all the different times classes are offered, which helps with my constantly changing work schedule. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I have been training here for a year now and have found this amazing environment to grow and learn in. The coaches and training partners I have worked with in my time here have helped me discover my strengths and weaknesses so that I can keep getting better and better. The coaches are full of wisdom so pick their brain and have fun🤙🏼🔥 🙏🏼

My son has been at Tri-Force MMA since he was 6 years of age, he is almost 12 and he improved so much! All the coaches are excellent, respectful, friendly, patient, certified, well trained and love to work with kids, they have a curriculum to follow and practice different dynamics, kids never get bored. Most importantly, Pete Jeffrey is always there making sure everybody is safe and having fun working out, plus he teaches at every level! They are always making improvements at the facility. My experience with my son has been 100% positive and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn self defense, workout, and even start to participate at tournaments! Thank you Tri-Force for teaching my son not only how to defend himself, but also values!
