Parrumpa is a old school great teacher , and is a great technical master and teacher and friend , I’ve know him for many years and he improved continuously, he is so good with all types of students beginner and advanced, he is a great martial artist , his gym is clean , the staff is wonderful , very professional, I am proud to be of his lineage , ATT west palm beach has a long history in the community,anyone should b proud to train there , it is a great place to learn , you should go if your considering , proper etiquette and discipline you will learn
The best dojo to take your kids. The coaches here truly take pride in their opportunity to work with these kids and adults during the hour class and teach them more than just bjj technique and moves for the mat, they coach them with things geared toward life. Coach Daniel and Coach Tony are incredible, glad we chose to go here and become a part of the Parrumpa/ATT family .
I have been training at ATT WPB for 3 years, my Experience has been great. Parrumpa is the most knowledgeable coach. Classes are with great technique and it's a good opportunity to learn BJJ from the best.

if you wan't to learn Jiu-Jitsu from the best in the business this is definitely the place to go. There are a lot of great characters and extremely welcoming people in the gym and the energy is great! I've trained at a couple places before but never felt like I've learned as much in a short period of time as I have been here, it's truly rewarding.
My Dad trains at this academy, it helps keep him in shape and has contributed towards his general health and happiness. The atmosphere that has been constructed by the head professor Parrumpa is pure and made for development. He is world class, and an excellent professor. Great academy!
My dad trains here frequently and always comes back home happy with how his training went. For a while he was not able to find a good place to train, but when he found this location and went to his first class he knew this was the right school for him. He has found the people who train there to be welcoming and excellent, technical partners; along with Parrumpa who’s a world class coach and professor.
Parrumpa is the most legit and the highest ranking authentic old school Brazilian jiu jitsu instructor in Palm beach county. Has coached too many champions and world champions to count. If he wasn’t here I would have no where to go.
It is one of the most welcoming gyms for everyone, regardless of age and experience. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by some of the friendliest people and coaches, which is a testament to the culture of this gym. 10 out of 10 would recommend
I dropped in for their Friday night BJJ beginner class while traveling and stayed for Open Roll. They have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere towards new people. I hope to drop in again next time I'm in town.
Professor Marcos "Parrumpa" DaMatta is one the most experienced and decorated professors in SoFla. A legit Black Belt from Carlson Gracie Sr. he is a bonafide coach, one of the in state. Sought after many professional fighters he has as much dedication to his students as if they were pro athletes. If you live in West Palm Beach, there is no other professor to learn from.
Since the summer of 2012 (American Top Team-WPB) Marcos DaMatta and his team of coaches have introduced me and my family to this World of Jiu Jitsu. Thanks to Marcos he has lead me to win 7 Gold Metals and 4 Silver metals at the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation tournaments, including wining at the Worlds in Las Vegas.
