I ATTENDED THE SOFLO VOLLEYBALL CAMP WITH 3 BOYS, AGES 9, 11, AND 14. MY EXPECTATIONS WERE FAR EXCEEDED ON DAY ONE. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO ENHANCE THEIR VOLLEYBALL SKILLS AND HAVE FUN WITH A FEW MORE ACTIVITIES. INSTEAD, THEY RECEIVED INTENSIVE EXERCISE, VOLLEYBALL TECHNIQUES TRAINING, AND FOOTBALL TRAINING ON DAY ONE. DAYS TWO AND THREE, INCLUDED THE ABOVE AND JIU-JITSU SELF DEFENSE TRAINING THAT WILL HELP THEM AS THEY MATURE. THE THREE DAYS, FELT LIKE A WEEK OF PREP CAMP, WITH SOME EXHAUSTION, BUT FAR MORE PLEASURE. I'M SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS WITH THE BOYS. THANK YOU TO THE COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS WHO WERE GENUINELY WARM AND INVITING.

Training with this organization opened my eyes to the importance of knowing your environment and situation awareness. It's realistic and very easy to learn and maintain. Having the knowledge and ability to prevent myself or my family from being harmed or caught in compromising situations is priceless.
