Excellent training for beginners, intermediate or professional, The training is intense and well structured to ensure your movement up the ranks, Training is set to the Wijjf standard which is inclusive of the principals of jiu-jitsu as well as grappling, floor work, self defence. It is very intensive with good instruction and a great understanding of the Syllabus, also they can help you to mix in other disciplines, that will allow you to achieve your goal whether, it is for fitness, self-esteem or helping with trauma. Highly recommended for all genders and skill levels👌

Been coming here for 3 weeks. I am 43 now and finally made the first step. It was scary walking in for the first time but I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Paul is a great instructor and there are no ego's here, just great people who are happy to pass on knowledge and also educational pain. Already this feels like a lifelong hobby if my body can take it and I have bought a Gi. I'm still sore from the first lesson but in a good way.

What can I say about WIJJF? Well this dojo is absolutely fantastic and one of the best if not the best I have been to in my thirty years of martial arts training. Multi disciplines and fitness levels. It's a fantastic place to learn and you'll want to go back all the time. All in all a very professional and welcoming place to learn.
