My son started taking the kid classes back in October and he can’t get enough of this boxing gym. I love that he LOVES to go. The coaches work so well with the kids and cater to each individuals needs and abilities. They’ve created a class that’s not only fun but a great workout teaching confidence and discipline. I think it’s so important for kids to be active and challenged and Babylon Boxing does just that. It’s also a plus that with your membership you can go to as many classes as you’d like and don’t have to commit to just 1 day/time. This gym is a must try!

This is a special place! I’ve worked out at boxing gyms for over 20 years and Babylon Boxing is hands down one of the best. The owner cares and his staff take pride in what they do! The coaches are very experienced and knowledgeable. The program they have for kids is great and really helps build a life skill while keeping fit. If you’ve boxed before you will love it. Iv been going to this gym for about a year and have got to know almost all the workers there. Everyone is friendly and really helpful. Emanuel is a great gym owner and very friendly guy. Janae is always there at the front when I go and she always makes everyone feel super welcome. Great gym and team would highly suggest signing up it’s worth every penny, you’ll learn a lot.

I’ve trained with Coach Ken for a year and a half now. Originally I joined to bring my cholesterol down. 6 months into consistently training with Coach Ken my cholesterol dropped 40 points and the year mark it was back to normal because of his passion and drive for this sport. If you are someone who isn’t looking to compete but to get your health in order Coach Ken will treat you and every individual who walks in there as if they are getting ready for a big fight. There can be 20 members in the gym and he is paying attention to all of them. Ill hear him from across the room and ill listen and his guidance motivates me to work harder. Everybody is equal no matter what skill set you have. Physically I feel amazing but what I didn't know was how I ended up feeling mentally. People in my life asked whats going on, things just brush off Joe’s shoulder now. Thats the discipline you develop when you train. I’m a creative person. I lost a lot of patience over the years. After my first few weeks working with Coach Ken I noticed something was changing with me for the better. I’m an artist. I paint all kinds of things. Boxing has enhanced my skills as a fighter and a painter. now I’m creating things I never thought I could because of the mental fitness I worked hard to achieve. Thats the special thing about boxing. Your hard work and determination carries over to your day to day life and it makes you a stronger and more motivated individual. Thanks to Coach Ken, I feel great, my mind is clear, and I’m better at my craft. I encourage anyone to go to Babylon Boxing. If you stay consistent you’ll discover things you didn’t know you needed and I guarantee you’ll be rewarded. Much respect to Coach Mack and Chris. They all share the same integrity, skills, and mindset as Coach Ken and you’ll leave there feeling welcomed like you’re part of the family and not to mention the members always look out for each other. I will share what I think is a great establishment . If you were ever considering boxing or just maybe wanting to try it and get in the best shape of your life you have found the place . Babylon Boxing is up and coming, I have seen the transformation this gym has had from the beginning . The results in the teachings are very apparent. Professional head coaches with years of experience as a trainer and as a current pro fighter .The program continues to build momentum ; it is just the beginning of the rise . The new building will take the gym to the top ; it is a sight to see .I don’t think I have ever seen a space this big ,with lockers, showers, and brand new gear. There is a team atmosphere where learning and conditioning are up front . I will say this to people on the fence - if you feel you have lost confidence ,strength ,focus, agility or overall wellness ; this is the place to go. Amazing space, amazing people, amazing workout. Chris, Coach Ken and Coach Mac all have the best interest in mind of everybody they work with. Everyday I’ve spent training at this gym was a day I grew not only in the sport of boxing but in life as well, I’ve spent a big majority of my time there under Coach Kenyatta’s wing and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for that man, he is very knowledgeable and can train anyone who is willing to learn and put in the work. I don't normally post reviews but I felt I should in this case. What a great place. Classes are held regularly and the coaching is top notch. Everyone is friendly and committed to getting better. There are no egos. The equipment is great and they even have a weight section with cardio machines so you can blend boxing and regular fitness. The owner, Chris, is an honest guy and I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm glad I discovered this place

This gym saved my life. After about a year and a half of moving to New York by myself I had found myself in a bad mental space due to isolation and life events. The people I've met at this gym collectively showed me a new, permanent lease on life. In addition to that, the training has been top notch and I've made some great friends while working hard under their talented coaches. I started with no boxing experience and they helped me from the beginning to learn proper physical and mental boxing technique. I genuinely appreciate Chris for starting this gym years ago because it saved my life a few months ago. However, after an unexpected financial hit, I decided that I needed to cancel my membership. Chris was so easy to work with and kind enough to give me a refund with no questions asked. Babylon boxing is one of the best boxing gyms on Long Island, if you’re looking to get in shape, looking have a good time with good people and have good laughs while sharping you’re hands and footwork this is definitely the place, the coaches are aware of everyone in the gym and everybody is always busy working.. This will be my new home. I love the old school boxing gym approach over here. The coaches are very knowledgable and push you everyday. They are keen on what techniques to teach you and what drills to give you personally. They are also creative on the drills and techniques no matter how many or how little people are in the gym to make sure everyone is involved. Other members are friendly and its motivating to see everyone really push themselves everyday. Great Gym for anyone interested in really learning boxing and striking techniques.

I work a short walk away , right between Crunch gym and Babylon Boxing. Every year I try Crunch gym and I lose interest quickly. I decided to do something different and give Babylon Boxing a try and I’m so glad I did. My goal at the beginning was only to get in shape. I’ve been a member for a few months now and I feel GREAT!!!
