Had a great session here this morning. Really good atmosphere and everyone was welcoming. The coach was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the session enjoyable. Great gym, great coaching and a good place to train. Definitely recommend! 🥋💪

Dropped in for the 5am class whilst in the area on holidays. The class was awesome and everyone was great to train with. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and will definately come back if ever in the area. Highly recommend.

Here’s a polished Google review you could use: I can’t recommend Platinum Jiu Jitsu highly enough! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re made to feel welcome and part of the team. Jason is an outstanding coach who is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping every student improve, no matter their age or experience level. The other coaches are equally fantastic—they’re supportive, encouraging, and take the time to ensure everyone feels confident while learning. The atmosphere is positive, respectful, and family-friendly, making it a great place for both kids and adults. You can really see the care and effort the coaching team puts into building not only great jiu-jitsu skills but also confidence, discipline, and respect. If you’re looking for a welcoming club with exceptional coaches and a great community, Platinum Jiu Jitsu is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I recently had the opportunity to chat with Jason and it’s clear how much care he puts into both the gym and the people who train there. He genuinely wants to create a welcoming environment where members can improve their jiu-jitsu, build confidence and enjoy being part of a strong community. It's obvious he’s constantly investing back into the gym and looking for ways to make the experience even better for everyone. If you're looking for a coach who genuinely cares about his members and the culture he's building, Jason is doing a fantastic job.

I’ve only recently started at Platinum BJJ but my transition has been really great. The environment is incredible and not based in ego whatsoever. The people are lovely, coming from all ages and walks of life. In particular, I found Jason’s story resonated with my own motivations to pursue BJJ, which makes me glad to be apart of this community. I highly recommend this gym and sport to anyone willing to try. The coaches are great and everyone is super conscious and considerate on the mats, making it a beautiful place to train.

We were a little nervous at first as it was our son’s first time trying jiu jitsu, but from the moment he walked in he was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The coaches were patient, supportive and guided him every step of the way. It’s now been 7 weeks and enrolling him has easily been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Jason has been amazing throughout the whole process and has created such a fun, friendly and positive environment for the kids to learn and grow in confidence. Highly recommend Platinum Jiu Jitsu to any parents thinking of getting their child involved.
