We honestly couldn’t recommend this jiu-jitsu academy enough! Both of our boys have grown so much, not only in their skills but also in their confidence, discipline and resilience. The coaches genuinely care about the kids and put so much time and effort into helping each child reach their full potential. It’s more than just a place to train; it’s a supportive environment where the kids are encouraged, challenged and made to feel part of a family. Watching our boys grow and develop through jiu-jitsu has been so rewarding, and we’re incredibly grateful to have such amazing coaches guiding them. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our boys! ❤️

My son loves coming to this gym for the past 3 years , he always has fun and learns skills he can take with him through life. The staff are very supportive and friendly while keeping a professional no nonsense approach. I highly recommend trying this out 💯

Both our son and daughter attend Galeb Brothers and we’ve had such a fantastic experience. It’s a wonderful, welcoming community and the kids absolutely love going. They’ve made great friends, have so much fun, and we always feel confident that they’re in a safe and supportive environment. Shane is a fantastic instructor. He’s firm with the kids, which is exactly what they need, but also encouraging, fair and genuinely great with them. He’s a wonderful trainer and creates a really positive environment with a great group of kids. We would absolutely recommend Galeb Brothers to other families.

Highly recommend Galeb Brothers Helensvale. My boy has recently signed up and it has very quickly become one of his favourite places to go. Shane is very dedicated and really invests in the kids to ensure they’re all learning, participating & growing in the sport. Within a few weeks I’ve noticed such a shift in my son’s confidence and ability. Thanks Galeb Brothers Helensvale.

Our boys absolutely love training at Galeb Brothers BJJ. The coaches are great at creating a fun, supportive environment while at the same time teaching them discipline, resilience, confidence and respect. We’ve seen a real difference in our boys, and they look forward to every class. Highly recommend to any family considering jiu-jitsu!

My son has loved Jiu-Jitsu since he started at Galeb. He is slowly levelling up and excited to get a stripe, which motivates him even more. Galeb!

We absolutely love training here — it’s become something our whole family gets to share. My wife, our son, and I all train, and it’s rare to find a place that’s genuinely so welcoming for every age and level. The atmosphere is supportive, family-friendly, and full of people who actually care about each other’s growth. The coaches are incredible and create a space where everyone feels comfortable while still pushing you to improve. It’s more than just a gym, it really feels like a community.
