If you're in the Vilonia area and are either looking for a gym to train and/or cross train at, do yourself a favor and check out Carlson Gracie Vilonia!!!! The head Coach, Blaise, is an all around amazing and knowledgeable guy. The same can be said about the other coaches as well. They have direct access to a coffee shop, so you can get your "coffee and jiu-jitsu" fix in one spot!!

Hands down the best decision my husband and I ever made for our 7yr old son was to sign him up for the kids program at CGV! Coach Blaise and his sweet family are so friendly! Greeting any and everyone that walks through the door. Coach Blaise works incredibly well with all of the kiddos and is patient with them. Beautiful and clean gym! 100% recommend CGV you won’t be disappointed!
