Trojan Free Fighters is a Training school for Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness. We operate an open door policy and everyone is welcome to join our club. Students join our classes not only for the competitive sporting aspect but sometimes just for the interest and fitness we can provide.

A gym with such a welcoming environment and a strong sense of community. I’ve had a lot of fun in classes but I’ve also been pushed to give 100% and push past inner struggles but I always leave with a clear head. Mario, Mark, Paul and Steph are all great teachers with their own styles and have created a safe space for all including females which I feel like is hard to find in a gym but you see this in all the amazing female fighters here! - Highly recommend to all!!

One of the best youth MMA gyms in the country. Amazing coaches across BJJ, Wrestling and MMA Since joining Trojan our sons growth in confidence and ability in Martial Arts is amazing. Anyone in and around Gloucester who has kids that want to compete in martial arts this is the only club to consider

We drove from Devon to attend the Luke Costello seminar and was blown away by the high standard of participants in the class. Would recommend anyone local or wanting to travel for a great experience

I had a comp today and most of the people that competed from trojan came to support me throughout my fight as my coach wasn’t there (i train at a different club), very grateful for all of them including Paul.

Had been considering starting bjj for a while and a friend finally encouraged me to come try Trojan with him, three years later and can honestly say one of the best decisions I’ve made! Paul is a fantastic coach, has classes for all skill levels and the gym has a great atmosphere!

I have been training at Trojan Gloucester for 2 years now, Paul is a great coach very technical and breaks everything down so it’s easier to take in and master. I have had a couple of 121s with Paul doing some BJJ and would recommend to anyone. All in all a great club with a great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been bringing my son to train with Paul for just over a year now. Confidence and skill levels improving all the time. Under Paul’s expert guidance he should be able to start competing soon. Great club and a fantastic coach – highly recommend!

terrible coach, thinks bullying teenagers is ok, swore and got in my sons face then threatened to throw him out if he didn’t leave, vile person.
