I have been training for over 4 years and recently earned my black belt. I’m only 17 but signing up has already changed my life tremendously. Not only have I learned to defend myself, I trained my mind, and made friends, too. I’ve become a more confident person who works harder than ever. Master Z is like a second father to me, and I know he always has my best interests in mind even though he can be tough on me often. Everyone that goes to this school respects each other, and since I joined I was treated with so much more respect than I ever was from any other group of people. The studio is my happy place. If you are looking for a place to join, go here!

Bucks County Karate truly stands out as the best! Master Z's exceptional teaching style provides the perfect balance between discipline and encouragement, fostering confidence and self-esteem in every student. My daughter has been part of Master Z's classes for two years now, and her enthusiasm for each session speaks volumes. She is a confident, physically and mentally strong individual, equipped with skills she'll carry for a lifetime. Thank you Master Z

After eight years of training I have learned a lot of skills that can definitely help me in life. skills that can help me defend my family, friends, and myself. Master Zangari Will teach any person that walks in off the street. He will teach all of the students important life skills like discipline, self-control, focus, and most importantly he will teach you to defend yourself.

My son has been going to Master Zangari for six months! He does not go to training, but runs! Master Zangari is a professional, adored by all children. But the most important thing is that my child has gained self-confidence. The trainings are very interesting, Master Zangari teaches not only defensive techniques, but also discipline! I believe that this is one of the best clubs where any child can learn not only self-defense techniques, but also be responsible, respect for adults, where children also develop spiritually! I highly recommend this studio, Master Zangari is the best!! Thank you, Master Zangari, for your professionalism and for what you invest in them!

My son started when he was 6 and is now a 3rd degree black belt. He would not be the same person without karate in his life. His focus and character are well beyond his years and he has skills he will be able to use the rest of his life. Cannot say enough about this studio and Master Z.

By far the best place for your child and you. I highly recommend Southampton Martial Arts for any parent that wants to see their child in a great environment under the guidance of a great master. Master Z has completely transformed our child James in a matter of month and we are looking forward to our first Pilsung Tournament.

The instructors are incredible with the adult students as well as with children and truly care about them. It has a family feel that is very welcoming to both new and existing students. They work to develop the students physically, mentally and spiritually. you learn self defense, but it also teaches focus confidence, self respect and respect for others. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking for a martial arts school“.

This place is great. I started off taking the fitness kickboxing program and after a few months started the martial arts classes. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! After three years of training I have obtained my first degree black belt. Training with Master Z and the other great black belts has become part of my life that I never want to stop. Getting the training in traditional martial arts with practical self-defense included is why I come back every week.

Sal Zangari, Master Z, is the best! We have 2 children who have studied martial arts under Master Z's tutelage and both are black belts. Master Z has been a very important influence with both with their academic and personal success. If you decide to enroll your son or daughter in a martial arts program, then signing up with Master Z is a must!!

The heart of any martial art is the teacher. Our son has been training under Master Zangari for over 6 years. Through his instruction our son has developed a range of skills that has enabled him to succeed in all areas of life. Along with strength, coordination and endurance, he has learned a sense of calmness and respect for himself and others. He is able to recognize his individual achievements which has increased his self esteem and self confidence. We have watched this timid child grow into a strong, smart and confident young man. Thank you Master Zangari and Southampton Martial Arts!

My family has had the privilege of belonging to Southampton Martial Arts for the last 10 years. Under Master Zangari's guidance, I watched my son grow from an introverted child, into the self-confdent and self-assured young man he is today. As he progressed throughout the years from white belt to 2nd degree black belt, he learned skillful martial arts techniques and became more physically fit with increased endurance. His martial arts training taught him valuable life lessons such as perseverance, consistency, and responsibility. Southampton Martial Arts was clearly an integral part of my son's childhood and as the college years rapidly approach, he will continue to benefit from all that he has learned over the years. Thank you Master Zangari and Southampton Martial Arts!
