I’ve been so impressed with this jujitsu class. The trainer is highly experienced, very traditional, and incredibly dedicated. He has a deeply held philosophy and truly lives it, which shows in every session. His approach is specific, disciplined, and really focused on helping students grow the right way. What I love most is the team culture he creates. The kids don’t feel like they’re fighting each other — they’re learning to work together, support one another, and build real friendships. It’s a great environment, and the skills they’re learning go far beyond the mat. Highly recommend!

Ive been training with Paulo for a couple months now. Paulo is an incredible Jiu-Jitsu coach his knowledge, teaching style, and passion for the art really stands out. The training structure is excellent, covering self-defense, judo, and jiu-jitsu in a way that’s easy to follow and highly effective. The community here is one of the friendliest I’ve experienced. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely helps each other improve, no matter your skill level. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and professional which makes training even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to train, learn, and be part of a great community, this is it. Highly recommend!

Paulo's school is a clean and friendly environment and a great place to learn and train in Jiu Jitsu. I am 51 and was hesitant to start at such a late age - I have been training under Paulo for about 5-6 weeks now and my learning curve with his instruction has been on a steep trajectory. Classes are small (which is my preference) and it feels like a very tight community. If you are looking somewhere to start your Jiu Jitsu journey give Gracie Jiu Jitsu in Buderim a trial!
