I came for a drop in session while traveling. The head coach (Paul) was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The gym culture there is awesome, everyone made me feel welcome. Even though they were kind they were killers on the mats. Paul has a great structure to his sessions, highly recommend.

Trained here on a Sunday open mat. Everyone was super friendly and I had a great time. If you want to get started with BJJ or continue your journey this is a great place to train.

Had the pleasure of dropping in here for an open mat. Great vibe and very friendly crew. Enjoyed it so much I went back for a class. Excellent instruction, and training suitable for all levels. I would definitely recommend TCGC and I look forward to training with them again.

Been training BJJ on and off for the past 5 years due to chronic lower back injuries and have struggled to find a gym where I can train (when my back allows) without feeling like a burden or “less than” because of my injuries. Jake and his team of coaches are BIG on technique, safety and community and so are the members that I’ve met and rolled with in the short time I’ve spent training here. No egos, no pressure and zero judgement — it made me feel welcome from day one.
