Amazing gym. I'm in Bournemouth for the weekend and bought a day pass. If I lived here, I'd 100% join. Proper old school bodybuilding gym + martial arts training. So many machines, all extremely robust, mainly plate loaded. I visited Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't too busy - no problems training in the order I wanted, no waiting for machines. Perfect

A very nice and clean gym. Great availability of weights and various types of exercise equipment, no waiting around. There's a huge selection of machines and weights. Changing rooms and showers are available if needed. Besides the gym, they also offer cage fighting and boxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's also food available on-site and to go.

This gym is an absolute dungeon and I love it. There's everything i need to get a good work out, I've never had to battle to use the equipment I want, the food is decent and I just generally love the vibe. I wont go anywhere else.

So many positives coming to 3F gym. It holds a real family vibe, staff are knowledgeable and supportive, equipment is incredible and they are still installing more machines! Multiple classes and a great martial arts facility/cage too. Oh and don't forget about the restaurant too, some of the best healthy food in Bournemouth hands down! This gym is unbeatable.

Amazing muay Thai classes with Jr, amazing work out and beasts your body. Gym equipment is good and never ran into a problem of waiting for a machine. Owners are super friendly and helpful as for all the staff there. Main attention though is of course Rocky 🐶. Great gym it's like a hidden gem

3f gains Moving from my home town to uni finding a gym was one of my top priorities, I tried probably two before I tried 3F and i immediately knew it was the one! ALL of the staff are really friendly, they greet you as you come in and make you feel welcome. The gym vibes - people at the gym and the the atmosphere is unmatched i definitely prefer 3F to my home town gym and any other gyms I’ve ever been to, coming back home from uni makes me miss it the most! Equipment is top tier really good quality. Affordable and inclusive gym all round just great. Also the gyms social media presence definitely helps with the environment they’ve created it’s like a gym family 🥹
