One of the coolest gyms in Cambridge. Also, would like to say many thanks to Melis as a great PT. He helped me to lose 15kg of pure fat within 2 months and gain some muscles. Always the best training sessions created by personal conditions of the body and the aims you need. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Generally always pleased with my experiences in the gym here. Often it's not too busy, machines are available, and help at hand. The people at receptions are always kind and helpful! The lockers can be a little tricky to work, so don't hesitate to ask for help.

I go to this sports centre regularly, it's not the worst place, but there's definitely room for improvements. The locker rooms are too small for the amount of people that use the place, and a lot of the lockers don't even work. The cleanliness could be improved in general also, including the gym itself and the sauna. The people who work there generally are helpful and pleasant in my experience, but they definitely need an upgrade in some areas

We've had bad experience repeatedly with the Sports Centre. Extremely inefficient and rude staff and management. They do not set up courts on time, are not consistent with their rules and management, and most of the reception staff are extremely rude and unreasonable when things need to be sorted out. The courts are dirty and disorganised almost always. I would definitely *not recommend*.

Didn't use the gym, went to a treatment room. Car park lifts don't work. Went in to reception to get the lift and had to wait for someone to open the lift. When coming down we had to find someone to use a key on the lift to get down to ground floor. Hope I don't have to go again.

TLDR: Rude staff and less-than-average maintenance. Junior staff are generally welcoming and respectful here. Processing requests promptly and appropriately. Some of the more senior staff are hilariously atrocious. Their interpersonal skills were so poor that it really shouldn't be seen anywhere in any industry. Lack of grip? - Perhaps; Lack of trying? - Absolutely. As some of the other comment has rightfully mentioned. The element of racially discriminating is definitely aberrant. They would, out of nowhere, stormed at someone with no intention of communicating or achieving anything but scolding and yelling. Not willing to listen to the response of course. Seconds later you see them crack jokes and all sunshine with other customers/staff. Don't get me wrong, this is highly specific and recurring to a few (two) senior staff who kick off while the rest remains calm and civilised. The main hall had a re-surface a few years ago. The surface and lighting are generally okay but the main hall has been smelling funny for years. It's hard to miss if you ever lay a foot in there.
