I have been in the boxing class Full Moon Martial Arts offers for around a month and both of the coaches there have taught me many things including how to properly throw and block punches, proper footwork, how to guard yourself at all times with your hands and arms , how to throw combos, ect. The warmup workouts we do in the start of every class are helpful and i've noticed a difference in myself strength wise after doing them for a while now. Overall I recommend Full Moon Martial Arts to anyone looking to get fit or get skilled at fighting; I learned many things there so far and I still have more to learn.

I absolutly love it here. 5 months in doing boxing and I don't plan on stopping. Coach Jeremy is very knowing, wise, and skilled. I would want no one else to teach me. I love being around everyone at full moon, learning with and from them. Everyone is welcoming, and there is 0 judging of your skill level, they only want to help you grow. Chuck Disming, the owner, is a friend of my parents and a great man.

My Son tried out Jiu-jitsu last night. He had fun but doesn't think it’s for him. However, I still wanted to leave a review because we were very impressed with the Coach and more importantly the students that were in the class. They all made him feel welcomed from the beginning and walked him what to do every step of the way. If he changes his mind on Jiu-jitsu, we will be returning!

The Women's Kickboxing class Monday and Wednesday has absolutely changed my life! I had no idea i could be this strong. I'm the healthiest I've ever been at 43. The first class is always free and the instructors so helpful. I would recommend Full Moon MMA, 1000%

I’ve been training here for almost 2 years and it’s some of the most fun I’ve ever had. All the people there are great and the instructors always have plans set up for what they think would be best for us to learn. Good environment.

I’ve been training at Full Moon for the past few months, and it has been an amazing experience. Full Moon is a very welcoming atmosphere. The Coaches are very motivating and whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fighter, they provide personalized attention and constructive feedback. The classes are intense but rewarding, and I’ve seen significant improvements in my fitness and technique. If you’re looking for a place to seriously improve your boxing skills and get a great workout, full moon is the place to be!

Great gym! It’s clean got high ceilings and hoot ventilation. I went in and got a workout and did a BJJ class. The owner Chuck was really cool and down to earth. Will definitely be back.

The group of instructors here is absolutely incredible. Been training for roughly a year at this location and i couldn't have been luckier to find this crew. Chuck runs a tight ship with active skill improvement in mind. Highly suggest for anybody who wants to learn martial arts, get fit, and find an accepting community where the whole idea is growing personal excellence and sharpening ability.

After looking around Southern Indiana and Louisville for a place to learn, train, and have fun, I highly recommend giving Full Moon a try. They have a very comfortable "jump right in" approach and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. With lots of classes to choose from, my wife and I found the place we'll be staying at for awhile.

I have gained invaluable experience training under Phillip Perkin's jiujitsu program. Coach Phil gave me the opportunity to join a community that supports the growth of every single student. I never left a training session without challenging myself and feeling more confident in my own abilities! The best part of the program is how all my instructors make themselves available even outside of class. They are super approachable and friendly - I cannot tell you how important that is to someone who is shy, reserved and was completely new to martial arts before joining! BJJ is a lifestyle and they live and breathe it. I highly recommend Phillip Perkins BJJ!

I joined Phillip Perkins Jiu-jitsu back on 2016 since then feel like I found a community that helps each other to grow. I highly recommend the classes for adults and the youth ones. My daughter just had her first competition and I could not be more proud of her. Thanks to all the coaches. I also love how Carlson Gracie leads his Jiu-jitsu Seminars it is very insightful and Super fun!

When I wanted a class for my sons to learn the basics without alot of fluff I was glad to find Fullmoon. Belts are a reward but not the focus. The focus is learning, mastery, confidence, and skill. I like watching them so much I now am on the mat as well. They are welcoming of all skills and athletic ability - mine is low and that doesn't matter - they welcome you right in.
