This is an absolute gem of a place to train. The people couldn’t be nicer, lots of different styles, and a warm inviting atmosphere. I’ve dropped in twice now visiting from Texas and thoroughly enjoyed both times.
If you are local to Dublin, be sure to give this gym a go. If you are just visiting and looking for a place to drop in- this is the spot.
This place is fantastic. It is my go-to place to train whenever I am in Dublin. Abnel and all of the students are incredibly welcoming. You can immediately tell that Abnel is a great instructor by the quality of the students and their friendly demeanor. Definitely worth checking out.
Great gym to learn then train at. It's only been a few months and already feel like I've learnt a lot. Abnel is a great coach and all the other teachers are absolutely fabulous too. Everyone helps each other out and a good community has been built.
ROJ is an incredible place to train and is in a central location, close to Pearse Street dart station, Trinity College etc. The quality of the training and coaching in the gym is top tier, as well as the standard of the club members. Everyone is so welcoming and always happy to offer advice/encouragement, from the second you join. The vibe in ROJ has always been so friendly and we always push each other to improve, you will absolutely make friends here
