Wild Geese fitness main strength is in it's trainers. Their take no prisoners attitude to fitness, strength, mobility means they can coach, condition and rehabilitate a wide variety of athletes. There is a real sense of comradery within the gym and the many regulars who attend classes. I highly recommend both the morning bootcamp (4 days per week) or the lunch drop in fitness ( Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri).
Posted 2 years agoExcellent club, great instructors and a true judo spirit. Members all helpful to each other, adult and child. Class prices hard to beat.
