Just finished the Beginner's sessions - couldn't be more impressed with the standard of the classes and the instructors. Everyone at Total Self Protection is 100% approachable, which is so important when you do something like this and step out of your comfort zone!

A self defence and awareness workout for today's uncertain social climate. Building control, fitness, strength and spacial awareness as well as confidence, it is the practical answer to personal defence.

Not very nice when people that you train with make folls coments about myself and to the team I get told not to go back to the club which is not nice I also been in contact with my solicitor they are looking in to this mater what happens out side the clu should not have a big in pack on my client which is very wrong on the way they handle it where are is rights to put is point across.
