From the moment I walked I was greeted with so much kindness and hospitality. This is something I have wanted to do for so long, but have always been too nervous. That first meet I had with Tom behind reception put me at ease and I knew I was going to start my BJJ journey here. Since then I became a member and everyone I have interacted with have been awesome. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn BJJ.

Had my first lesson with C.R.A and all I can say is, wow! A wonderfully comfortable atmosphere where nobody looks down on you for being a novice. The instructor was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Will defiantly be signing up and doing as much training as I can. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to start or even if you've been training for years, they cater to all needs

Professional, welcoming and very well run. My 3 year old and I sarted there 2 months ago, we were made to feel a part of the community within minutes. Great coffee too.
