This is a great place to practice. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and helpful in their training sessions. There are many time slots for classes to fit my schedule since I work days and nights. They also have a Muay Thai and a judo class offered every week. Would highly recommend taking classes here!

Coach Greg, James and Kelly are great! We are here with my husband on a job and I signed my kids up. They have learned so much in such a short period of time. It’s their favorite time of the day! My oldest is 13 and she’s more reserved and shy Kelly has definitely pulled her out of her shell and made her feel comfortable and strong. My 10 year old daughter is outgoing but she’s more of a cheerleader and seeing her thrive has been awesome! She wants to attend every available class. My son is 6 and this is right up his alley! Thank you guys for all you do! Can’t say enough about the class.

Hamptons Jiu-Jitsu has been a fantastic place for me to learn jiu-jitsu. Coach Greg and his staff have a lot of good teachers. In addition, the other students are very supportive of each other too. I pay once per month membership and pretty much have unlimited access to classes. Classes are offered multiple times of day oftentimes and additionally there are open mat sessions. I highly recommend this school!

Our 6 year old son started training with Greg at Hamptons Jiu Jitsu about a month ago and we love it! Greg is wonderful with the children- fun, engaging, knowledgeable and patience. Our son gladly runs into the gym! On top of being such great exercise for him, we see him building confidence, skill, and discipline. Highly recommend!
