I recently started taking the 55+ classes. I was really intimidated to even take a class. I figured it would be way above my abilities & physical limitations. I was wrong. The instructor Viktoria is very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns & showed me modifications of some the exercises that I was afraid to do (Ive got a wonky knee). I absolutely loved my first & subsequent classes. No doubt, I will enjoy my future ones as well. Just for the record I’m a 69 year old female. I highly recommend this gym. Knowledgeable instructors & they constantly keep an eye out to make sure you are doing your moves correctly. The whole atmosphere at the gym is friendly & upbeat.

My seven year old son just had his birthday party here over the weekend. Everything went so smoothly. The girls were very organized and helpful. All I had to do was show up with a cake and watch the kids have fun. Most affordable option around for all of the activities included!

Recently had my daughters 6th birthday party at CrossFit A-Game. I was a great experience and all the kids had a blast. The staff was great and keep the kids entertained with a lot of games and activities. I would highly recommend having your kids birthday there as well. Thanks CrossFit A-Game!!

Recently had my daughter's 6th birthday party there. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. They took care of decorating and setting up for food and drinks. The games, obstacle course, and activities kept the kids busy and very active. Great place for a birthday party!

Viktoria and Damian are awesome. There are only great things about my experience at CrossFit A-Game in the short time I have been a member. Every workout is a challenge but with the encouragement of the coaches and people in class I have increased by fitness to a different level. I absolutely love this gym and the trainers in it! I truly did not know how strong I was until put to the test. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at CrossFit A-Game in the short time that I have been a member. From day one, Damian and Viktoria took an interest in helping me achieve my personal fitness goals, whether it is teaching a new workout or suggesting a way to improve my technique or modify an exercise. They are passionate about their craft, and it shows in their coaching. The experience here is way more than what you will ever get at a $20 a month gym. The camaraderie with the other members is an awesome motivator, helping to keep you accountable while making the classes fun and getting a great workout. I have never looked so forward to waking up at 5am as I do now.

As a 70+ senior I give AAC a 100% thumbs up. The way they combine cardio, flexibility, and weight training into their program is very important to me. Coupled with their hands on coaching is it is all very helpful. Not to mention the atmosphere is great as well as the people. I highly recommend AAC to anyone looking for a "better" work out gym experience.

Viktoria and Damian are extremely knowledgeable coaches who have a great approach to helping you to reach your fitness goals. I was a bit nervous to begin working out again after a long dormant period but they made me feel at ease and really gave me the advice and direction I needed to get back on the horse.

This isn’t your regular CrossFit. Damian and Viktoria are welcoming and meet you where you are with your fitness level. They make sure you are doing each movement with the correct form. I especially love the womens’ classes and they even have childcare! Highly recommend this gym!

We own a gym in New York and are VERY picky about other gyms we attend. Also travel nationally and have dropped in to dozens of gyms and have a lot to compare to. Damien and Viktoria run the best experience imagineable. They are warm and welcoming and even in a group setting have cracked the code on how to bring out the best possible physical and mental experience of each person. Though VERY technically capable and constantly educating, through preparation and creativity, they keep it light and fun and you leave every class looking forward to the next one!

This gym feels like a family, there’s no pressure or judging everyone genuinely wants to see you improve. It’s great for all levels of gym goers from beginner to expert and pushes your limits each session. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this gym more for anything from strength training to just staying in shape!

As someone who has several Physical disabilities I was very hesitant to join any gym. After I tried a trial class I knew I had found a place that would encourage me to do what was best for my body. The coaches are very understanding of my limits and are quickly able to modify the daily workouts to accommodate my limitations. Everyone I have met has been very encouraging. I can happily see I have seen huge improvements in my body in a very short period of time.

Damien and Viktoria are taking fitness to a whole different level…. Connecting the dots between the physical/ mental / and emotion states of being to affect positive change. No one else in the area even comes close to what they have to offer. They pay attention to details and strategically manage multiple aspects of a clients performance and get results that are often exponential vs “regular gyms” . The return on investment is as close to guaranteed as one can get! All you have to do is show up!! Stop waiting for tomorrow…. Life won’t wait!!

I have been through working out at home and I’ve had my fair share of gym memberships. After my first few days of becoming part of CrossFit A-Game, I have found something beyond a gym. The staff along with the folks I train with feel like family. Every session feels like I have a personal trainer and support team that has a daily goal to help me succeed at whatever level of training I set for that day. If you are looking for more than just picking something heavy up and putting it back down then listen to my recommendation and give them a try. We are way more than just members.

The community of people (members and trainers) are all friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I always feel comfortable asking questions for clarification and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a full understanding before continuing. Pre work out check ins are a check plus to help motivate throughout the workout. Although some days are hard they make the impossible seem possible. So glad I have joined such an amazing group of individuals.

I'll preface this by stating that I'm a coach with 10 years experience, so what I'm looking for may not line up with what everyone else is looking for. TLDR: Great way to get in a sweat, but you'll also walk out with not just what to do, but a better understanding of why you do it. I've done tons of drop-ins and can honestly say this was one of the best CF experiences I've had. Damian, even on one leg, has an approach to fitness that is molded after my own heart. He was super on point with intended stimulus, cues, and really went the whole nine yards to explain the why of each movement. On top of that, we got a really great workout. Excited to be back when I'm in the area. Just make sure to book an appointment because they cap class sizes so you get the feedback you should be getting.

Although I have only been a member for a few weeks, the mental and physical transformation I feel is amazing. Sent my son to Ares for prep for Boot Camp in the United Sates Coast Guard. He stays in great shape runs and lifts weight in a traditional manner. After just a few sessions I noticed an increase in muscle and a thickening on his legs. He enjoyed the workouts and said they were challenging and fun. Loved his trainer, Damien.

I've been working out here for 8.5 years and love this place. I'm in the best shape of my life, the coaches are fantastic and the members are awesome. There are woman's only, teens and kids classes, too. Don't worry about being in shape or having injuries, the coaches will adjust the workouts to suit your individual needs and make sure you get in shape without injury. The classes contain people of all different ages, abilities and skill level but everyone has a great time.

As a long-time member of Crossfit A-Game and someone who has been in the Crossfit scene since 2013, I can say without a doubt the level of coaching and professionalism here is unrivaled. Whether you're looking to get into better shape or already a seasoned athlete, Damien and Viktoria are knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and their expertise knows very little boundaries. They're always taking seminars and classes to further expand their knowledge and improve upon what they can teach to their clients which seem to become family pretty quickly. As I said, whether you're new to fitness or no stranger to working out, Crossfit A-Game is the place to be.

If your on the fence about CrossFit & don’t know much about it...don’t be intimidated!! EVERYONE will make you feel super welcome! We are like family :)) Damian & Viktoria are amazing people & coaches! They will walk you thru the workouts no matter your age, level or skill. Everything will be modified to YOU! They also offer childcare which sold me right off the bat. My kids LOVE the gym, it’s kind of like their 2nd home now. I am in the best shape of my life right now...& Coach Damian is helping me work on my overall health & happiness. A-Game is so much more then a “gym”. I have lost 48 lbs in about a year and a half because I truly LOVE the environment, people & workouts! I am doing SO many things that a couple of years ago I most definitely couldn’t have done! From day one, the coaching expertise has been what set's A-Game apart from any gym I have ever been to. From having experience as a former athlete, training with personal trainers, to trying small group classes, and going the normal gym routine route, it all got stale and I was looking for something different... I really wanted to connect with the people I would be exercising with but also see transformation in my body, energy, strength, stamina, and flexibility and, A-Game fits that bill!! The smaller class size, specialized attention, fun yet challenging workouts and encouraging coaches- keeps you coming back each and every week. I enjoy watching all age groups learn new movements and have fun while doing it. You really can have FUN and exercise at the same time!! Another aspect that sets A-Game apart is the nutrition coaching. I have been going through the nutrition coaching with Damian John O'Hara to turn up the notch on my training and WOW... it really has made a huge difference! I have never been much of a gym person. Sure, I have tried many different types of gyms (CKO, 24hr Fitness, YMCA...etc.) and I never truly felt comfortable in any of them. Until we moved to Manahawkin and I found Cross Fit A-Game. What a total game changer this gym (box) has been for me. I have been going for a year and a half, down 30 pounds and in better shape at 41 then I was at 28. Not only is it a gym, but its also an extended family. People to support and push you to achieve your goals and complete the workout. You are not only told what workouts to do but coached on how to do them properly so there is less chance for injury. And there is zero competitiveness unless you want it.. You are free to scale the workouts to your limits or just to match how you're feeling that day. Not everyday day can be an all out, max weight, max reps day, and everyone in the box knows it. Another huge factor is the accountability, which I need desperately!!! If you don't show for a week or two... you better be expecting a phone call asking what the problem is, because it is definitely coming. But in a good and supportive way. Damian and Viktoria are absolutely awesome owners/coaches as well as the entire A-Game family. So do yourself a favor... Amazing gym and great sense of community. Coaches Damian and Viktoria are amazing coaches, with years of experience, knowledge and are committed to all their athletes who walk through the door. They take the time and develop proper movements and work outs for all range of athletes. Continue to develop and incorporate new training methods to allow athletes to continue to grow mentally and physically. Wonderful place for children also, parents are able to get a work out and children are cared for.

My teenager has been CrossFit training with these pros for years. They go out of their way to help him meet his fitness goals. He has established a relationship with his trainers as they really do care about his well being and fitness. It’s all good stuff!

I was reluctant at first to try cross fit expecting a bunch of meat heads haha but this is not that place. Damian and Viktoria provide a family like atmosphere where people of all experience and fitness levels are welcome. I've felt comfortable from day one. That being said they know their stuff and in the end you'll definitely improve your overall fitness in a way that treadmills and machines alone won't.

I haven been doing CrossFit for about 4 and a half years now and the progress I have seen has been incredible. Things I never though would be possible for me to do I am now doing I’m improving those skills every time Damian and Viktoria work with me. They are both very intelligent coaches and will take something so advanced and scale it down to your ability level and build on that. Overall I’m in the best shape of my life and the strongest I have ever been. They invest in your fitness and well being and dedicate themselves to making sure you improve every day you come in.

CrossFit A-Game is an amazing gym. The coaches are top notch! As a mom of three, I needed a place to go where I could get an amazing workout, make some friends and also bring my kids. They have daycare M W F which is amazing. My kids beg to go and look forward to it! And I love knowing my kids are having a blast while I workout. Every day my body is getting stronger, leaner and less achey. Lately, I have been working with Damian on the nutritional part of my life which to be honest wasn’t the best. His knowledge on nutrition is top notch. I have learned from him to look at food as a way to fuel my body and my workouts and not be a chore. I eat wayyyyy healthier than I did just a few months ago and the scale is moving in the right direction and I can’t thank Damian enough for his knowledge! It’s even making my family healthier. My kids are asking for healthy vegetables as snacks too! Damian is very approachable anytime I have a question or a issue, and gets excited when explaining the science behind the answer he gives me. I would recommend this A-Game to anyone!

I joined this gym to get in shape for a new job I was starting in a few months. The trainers not only prepared me for work physically but also mentally. I had surgery a few months prior and they worked with me and by the time my job started I was in peak physical condition. You will learn a lot about movements, exercises, and stretches. Very good experiences here and very caring people.

Dropped-in for a week while vacationing in LBI. Damian was a great coach. We did some wods and workouts that I had either not seen before or were rather new. He pointed out some things in a few of my movements that I had no idea I had been doing for many years. I could tell that he cared about the finite mechanics of the body and the movement and he was able to quickly recognize these things in a new athlete. I highly recommend folks give this place a shot if you're in town. I'll be back.

Damian knows running. He improved my form, and increased my endurance and speed. I started running when I retired, in order to increase my cardiovascular ability. When I worked, I concentrated on strength training with a personal trainer. Upon retiring, I replaced personal training with Crossfit A-Game and haven't regretted it once in the past six years. However, I found at Crossfit that my lack of aerobic capacity hampered increasing my strength and overall conditioning. I knew I hired the right coach when my sports podiatrist (also a doctor for The Eagles) exclaimed positively about my proper running form, and asked, "who taught you?" When my neighbor, a high school running coach and iron man and triathlon competitor, complimented my running form, I knew again that I hired the right coach. Sticking with Damian as my running coach has been a no brainer, as my endurance and speed has increased over the years under his tutelage.
