Couch Jonny & Couch Bayley did a fantastic job hosting our twins 7th birthday party. We had a large age range of participants ranging from 3 years old to 15 years old. The games and activities were very well planned, instructions were clearly delivered, and all guests were able to participate together. It was a beautiful spring day and we were able to play inside and outside. Thank you for helping us celebrate our girls with our closest friends and family.

If you are thinking of doing a kid birthday party here, this is your confirmation you should! Johnny was the instructor during the birthday we attended and he was amazing; patient, engaging and so kind to our group of our kindergartens. The kids had so much fun and my favorite part is they included guided games that kept the time entertaining for them. We will definitely be back! 👌🏼🙂

My daughter recently attended a birthday party at this facility, and it was such a fun experience for the whole group! She especially loved flipping and climbing through all the different sections. The instructor was knowledgeable and clearly explained everything, helping each child feel safe and confident while using the equipment. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating for a large party. I highly recommend hosting your next birthday celebration here!

Fantastic experience at our seven and four year olds birthday. Johnny and Bailey were delightful. And great with fifteen crazy kids. Highly recommend!

We had a birthday party of about 20 kids ages 4-12 with Higs gym. Each child had SUCH an amazing time. Coach Jonny was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a great coach. We are thankful for the opportunity to have been a part of Higs gym for the day and really appreciate them hosting us. Lord Jesus bless you guys! You’re doing great work in our community.

A cool facility with kind teachers who are also firm/disciplined. I love the punch card option for classes, too.

Great place for kids. Took our son to parkour and the instructors were very supportive right away. They all took extra time to make sure he was confident and comfortable. Awesome place!

Great place for our 4 year old daughter and 6 year old son. They love the parkour classes. It's building their confidence along with their coordination. As someone who has been a martial arts practitioner for a couple decades and running my own martial arts studio for a few years I have nothing but admiration for the setup they have. I would highly recommend them.

This is a really cool gym with lots of extras for parkour. My little kids started because they needed to work on fine motor skills, balance, and being comfortable with their bodies. It's really fun. It's a huge barn that's been converted to a gym and they did a great job. It's on a working farm, but it makes no difference to the fun atmosphere and I really like that it's not a typical commercial franchise sort of thing. It feels like friends having fun. We've also attended a few birthday parties there and that's always really fun too. Overall the experience is fantastic and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone I know.

Best gym in southern Oregon! The functional fitness classes in the am are challenging for any level. It’s so nice to be a part of a fitness community in the Rogue valley!

Higinbotham Martial Arts is now HIGS GYM, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Parkour, MMA and Fitness facility operating on the unique setting of a farm. Kids and Adult classes offered! They offer great classes in a low ego environment focusing on personal fitness goals. Great coaches, super members and an awesome place to learn new skills or sharpen those you already have.

Honestly I am extremely underwhelmed. This place has multiple things wrong with it. 1. It is not a parkour gym. There are old colored mats on the ground that offer little to no cushion. 2. There are very few features inside or out. 3. The outdoor features are old and decaying and were covered in cob webs. 4. The out door course and takes under 2 minutes to complete. 5. The adult drop in time was me, and 20 senior citizens who were boxing. The atmosphere is low energy and not motivating. If you are looking for a place to do parkour, you have not found it. If you want to do MMA, I don’t know what to tell you. Also what’s with someone who’s obviously an owner reviewing this place?
