Highly recommend! I felt very welcome by everyone at Refine MMA. Lovely instructors, supportive members, clean facilities, excellent quality equipment. Alish and Sam have a wealth of knowledge to share, and each class I attended was engaging and catered to different experience levels.

I started my BJJ journey at Refine MMA three months ago and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. Coaches Sam and Alish are both welcoming, professional, and generous with their guidance. Sam has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both gi and no-gi BJJ. The facility is clean and inviting, classes are well structured, and I always leave eager to return. Everyone at the gym is supportive and considerate, with no egos, whether you're experienced or a novice. If you've been thinking about trying BJJ, MMA, or Muay Thai, come down to Refine and give it a go. Highly recommend!

Took advantage of the trial class and absolutely loved the welcoming environment. Highly skilled and humble coaches cater for all levels. Can’t recommend Refine MMA enough. If you are on the fence about trying one or all of the many disciplines please come down and give it a go.
