I attended this gym about 3 years ago and I just starting attending BJJ classes again. Russel is an amazing teacher and the environment of this gym is just awesome. I highly recommend coming and trying it out!

This is an excellent place for all levels and ages. Whether you are advanced or a beginner, child or adult, you will be welcomed in to this Training space. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kick Boxing, Tai Chi and kid specific classes are all excellent- Coach Russell brings expert knowledge, warm and kind energy and helps you excel at a safe yet challenging pace. Well worth a visit!

I highly recommend AHA. The culture of the academy is centered around working together to improve one another. This is the least ego-based school I have been part of. Coach Russell is not only knowledgeable but he is also very considerate and patient. If you are interested in BJJ, AHA is definitely worth checking out.

Amazing place to learn JUI JITSU, kickboxing and many more with a great coach who teaches very well. very highly reccomend.
