I can't recommend Bai Lang highly enough. My 5y/o is incredibly shy and I never thought I'd get him on the mat but after a few weeks with the patience of Lee, Molly and the others he is thriving and looks forward to his sessions.

Lee has put Telford on the map for true ring based kickboxing/K1, having trained British, European, and World champions. Whatever your fitness goal, you can certainly achieve it with Lee's guidance.

A very professional outfit from the moment you pull up. Located on a spacious industrial estate with plenty of parking and a fully kitted-out facility — mats, ring, bags, cardio kit, stacks of pads — everything you’d hope to find in a serious martial arts gym. I stayed for just over two hours and watched three back-to-back classes, all run by Lee and his coaching team.Their organisation, skill level, and attention to detail stood out straight away. Highly professional, highly skilled, and absolutely recommended.

My 5-year-old has recently joined Bai Lang Kickboxing Academy, and he’s absolutely loving it! The trainer, Lee, is fantastic with the kids – patient, encouraging, and really knows how to keep them motivated while making it fun. It’s amazing to see how much confidence and focus my little one has already gained. Couldn’t recommend this club highly enough!

I reviewed this club after my kids started back in 2020. Since then I took part in an offer to do trial as an adult for 4 weeks. I first thought it would be good to get a little fitter after losing focus during Covid. I have continued now for nearly 4 years and have got my belts too. The excellent coaching from Lee, his enthusiasm for his members and the culture he has created makes me proud to be a member. My children have gone from strength to strength and their confidence and ability grown over the years. As a club the members are all supportive and I look forward to going to each class and seeing people I’ve got to know as friends. The club is constantly improving and it’s great to be part of the community.

My daughter has been attending Bai Lang Kickboxing Academy since she was 4; she is now 8. She thoroughly enjoys her classes and has made lots of friends. These classes are very well structured and planned in order to provide the right level of support and guidance based on age and level of experience. My daughter has learnt discipline, maintained an excellent level of fitness, and is mastering the techniques of this martial art in a controlled and incredibly supportive environment. I couldn't recommend enough!

UPDATE... My son and daughter have been attending for almost 3 years now. They have progressed so much over that time. My daughter absolutely loves it here and attends as many lessons as she can. My son has also upped his lessons, which was a big thing for him. They have both made many friends there and enjoy every second of every lesson. Kickboxing has helped improve their fitness, concentration, and has had a positive impact on their mental wellbeing and social skills. They come out of lessons with a smiles on their faces, also a little sweaty as they work hard. Lee is an amazing teacher/coach, who is always helpful and great with the children. Helping them progress and grow. Would highly recommend Both my son and daughter attends the gym.such a great place and very friendly.

Been going for 11 months. The level of professionalism and top-quality instruction is truly impressive. The environment is both welcoming and challenging, making it an ideal place to learn kickboxing skills. I highly recommend Lee's class to anyone looking to get fit and learn kickboxing from a true professional regardless of your skill set! 👍🏽

I have been a member for around 3 years now, what a club! What a positive experience, there is nothing negative I can say about Bai Lang. I went with an open mind, hoping I could achieve something as my experience with other gyms were disappointing…. I have achieved so much! The people who attend are very friendly and helpful. Lee is an excellent, patient, caring tutor with so much experience that he is keen to pass on. Nothing is too much trouble for him. It’s just an excellent, positive experience, I’m so pleased to be part of this clubs journey to great things. *****

My daughter started here a few months back and she is absolutely loving it! She has not long done her first belt and is growing in confidence and ability every week. Lee is a fantastic coach and really patient but firm with the kids in terms of what he expects from them. It's definitely helped my daughter's listening (!)
