Even after moving away and putting on a few extra kilos, the skills, confidence, and discipline I learned at Championsgym have stayed with me and are helping me get back on track. Pamorn and his team are true masters. The instruction is top-notch, the environment is welcoming and motivating, and the instructors are incredibly experienced. If you want great skills that truly last, this is the place to train!

Really great place to train. The camaraderie is unmatched and the coaches are very experienced. I like the fact that they do check ins if you missed a few training sesh. Also, the coaches give constant feedback throughout the classes to help you improve. Lastly I like how we get to set goals as we go and getting the support/push to achieve these goals.

Started boxing at Champions last year with the intention of training for a month during uni break with 0 boxing experience , have been coming into training regularly since then. The atmosphere in the gym is very welcoming, no ego whatsoever and everyone wants to see you grow. The coaches are very attentive and well experienced and give you instant feedback and the management team is very helpful and welcoming as well. Training has become the highlight of my day and both my physical fitness and mental health has improved significantly. Highly recommend everyone to train any combat sport and Champions is definitely one of the best places to train at.

I’ve been training at Champions Gym for 12 months and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The coaching team is outstanding, with programs to suit every ability and stage of your fitness journey. Emma, the gym manager, is warm, encouraging and always brings a smile and humour to the gym. The strength and conditioning coaches – especially Vince who is a body mechanics extraordinaire have helped me overcome old injuries and get fighting fit again. The boxing coaches are “S-tier”: Krishan and Oscar consistently bring discipline, fundamentals, some Cuban flare and fun, that improves your skills every session. Honourable mention to Loma, the Muay Thai superstar with a larger-than-life personality – his laugh and smile will put you in a good mood the moment you walk in. Champions is more than a gym; it’s a community. It is the highlight of my day. Members often get together for runs, yoga, and social events. Whitney and Pamore who run Champions as a true family business, and that care and commitment shines through in everything they do. If you’re looking for quality coaching, a supportive environment, and a genuine sense of belonging, Champions is the place.

My experience at Champions Gym has been truly outstanding. The staff/coaches are not only welcoming and approachable, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and dedicated to supporting their members. The environment is thoughtfully curated to inspire personal growth, resilience, and well-being. What sets this gym apart is its strong sense of community. From my experience, members are humble, friendly, and team-oriented, creating a genuinely uplifting and motivating atmosphere. Coach Loma, in particular has an engaging approach to coaching in which makes each session both enjoyable and highly effective. Every coach I’ve encountered at Champions Gym reflects the same high standards of excellence and encouragement. I highly recommend Champions Gym to anyone seeking a refined, results-driven fitness experience within a truly supportive community. I am always looking forward to my next session at this gym! Another aspect worth highlighting is Champions Gym’s exceptional approach to communication and member engagement. Unlike many other gyms, Champions maintains consistent and thoughtful follow-ups, especially when a member hasn’t attended training for a while (You can choose to unsubscribe from their follow ups if this is not your preferred approach). This level of care and accountability reflects a genuine commitment to each individual’s progress —something that truly sets this gym apart.
