  Great experience! Was my first time ever attending any class like this and it did not disappoint. Coach Alex was very knowledgeable about his craft and an excellent teacher. I would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back!

  Definitely a great place. Having never trained any type of martial arts in my life, they were very accepting and willing to work with me and are very patient. Every class has been great, amazing environment to be in. Everyone is friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to learn.

  Wow best thing I have done for my family and my self. My kids are happy I’m happy. Safe place for me and my kids. Alex is wonderful and so is coach Sid. The female instructors are so helpful with me just learning. So happy to I have found them. They are amazing with the kids and they all have amazing backgrounds working with kids with special needs

  Allan is a phenomenal instructor with plenty of patience and experience. His classes are challenging and extremely in depth. Dean is another patient and knowledgeable instructor who gives thorough instruction. All of the students that I’ve experienced are respectful and practice restraint. I’m very happy I found this place. Thank you!
