I’ve been coming to the gym for about 6 months now, primarily BJJ. Great gym, clean facilities, and excellent coaches. Heard that Amy was joining the X-Zen team and I’m looking forward to it! Very personable and kind person. Hoping she can get back to those Muay Thai classes too!

Love this gym. The environment is incredible. There's a lot of variety of different classes that's going on. Also, Amy is so cool! Always catering to everyone's needs and making sure you're okay! She's Going to be a great hire!

1st night training and I loved it I don't think there is another gym out there where you get this much bang for your buck. They have high quality coaches in every single art, clean locker rooms, classes scheduled all throughout the day, and a gym to lift weights. Really a top notch facility highly recommended!

This gym and the people there are top tier. My son was basically non verbal and diagnosed with autism at 4 years old. He is now 15 and has been training at the gym for about 8 months. I have prayed for years for him to have the confidence that this gym has helped build. This gym is not just a gym. X Zen is a place full of humanity, love, encouragement hard work and dedication . I will never be able to put into words my appreciation. The confidence my son displayed on Saturday at the grand opening was unimaginable. As he said in his interview go to this gym it’s the best!!!!

My boys have been taking karate classes at UFC for almost a year, and I’ve seen incredible growth in them—not just in strength and skill, but also in responsibility and confidence. We love it so much that we’ve even signed up to work out there while our kids are in class because we realize it’s important to prioritize our own health too. The instructors are supportive, professional, and genuinely care about each student’s progress. I also love that they offer Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, wrestling and more… such a well rounded gym with amazing coaches! Highly recommend you check them out if you’re to looking for a positive and structured martial arts experience for your kids or yourself!
