me and my buddy stopped in last weekend for a taster session. we were both a little nervous becuase neither of us had done anything like it before. the instructor was super patient and walked us through the basic moves step by step. i actually got to practice a few takedowns and i didnt feel completely useless. by the end i was definately winded but also kinda buzzing. my freind said the same thing and were already talking about coming back next month.
