Posted 8 years agoFor those who have experience in judo, sambo, freestyle wrestling and normal experience in BJJ, don't waste your time. So we came to the training with experience in sambo and judo and freestyle wrestling... They don't train like that. Warm-up for 5 minutes... didn't even sweat. Despite the fact that I haven't trained for several years... In general, when I grabbed the "trainer" on the Achilles, they told me, you don't respect the trainer🤣. He says you have to push your opponent away with your feet, you can't grab his jacket, you can't counter his hand... Then they asked me to wrestle, just to start, to remember the movements, the answer... it's your first time, you have to watch🤣🤣🤣. I thought, okay, the whole room is watching, I'll give in, let him at least go to guard, he went... He made a triangle with his feet, I tell him, what are you doing, you didn't cover... He again, you don't respect the trainer🤣. In general, who has experience of owls. And I do not recommend the post-Soviet school. Friends brought their children there, the children showed more... but they were not allowed into the hall anymore.🤣. In general, they could not win honestly against us, so they came up with WADA. And yes, they ran to drink water every 15 minutes🤣. But there is a poster of Khabib hanging, with red eyes. He is probably ashamed to look at such training.
