I dropped into this gym from the United States while i was visiting Ireland. They were all extremely nice and welcoming to someone who just walked in the door. I witnessed them be kind and helpful to new students and have very experienced grapplers as well. Locals who are looking to join a gym this is the best one in the area. Travelers and visitors definitely drop in if you want good hard training while you are away from home!! Thank you again i will be back again one day!!

This gym has super friendly, approachable experienced coaches, great positive energy at every class, a family vibe, lots of gi/no-gi MMA and open mat classes each week. I never have a bad day at this gym
