I started as a beginner 6 months ago with no experience in combat sports or any particular interest in UFC. I was looking for a new challenge and to work on my fitness. I've absolutely loved every minute of training here, have become a regular and look forward to every session. Coaches are second to none in terms of guidance, approach-ability and motivation. They are true experts who have a real passion for the sport and making us better. The club has a great friendly atmosphere and everyone supports everyone else. There are 3 main sessions: Wrestling/Grappling, BJJ and Striking. Techniques are explained well and the coaches are hands on in demonstrating the right way to do things. Sparring happens at the end of each session which focuses on application of technique rather than individual strength. I can't speak highly enough of the place and wish I had started sooner.

A safe and fiendly place to practice MMA for any and all levels of experience. Approachable, experienced coaches who volunteer their own time to share their passion and knowledge of MMA to anyone willing to give it a go.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming to all. By far one of the best clubs to train at. With heavy focus on all aspects of the sport while keeping things fun and interesting.

Experienced, friendly coaches and a great atmosphere. The members are also really helpful with newbies too, always giving pointers during training. Highly recommend
