  I started as a beginner 6 months ago with no experience in combat sports or any particular interest in UFC. I was looking for a new challenge and to work on my fitness. I've absolutely loved every minute of training here, have become a regular and look forward to every session. Coaches are second to none in terms of guidance, approach-ability and motivation. They are true experts who have a real passion for the sport and making us better. The club has a great friendly atmosphere and everyone supports everyone else. There are 3 main sessions: Wrestling/Grappling, BJJ and Striking. Techniques are explained well and the coaches are hands on in demonstrating the right way to do things. Sparring happens at the end of each session which focuses on application of technique rather than individual strength. I can't speak highly enough of the place and wish I had started sooner.

  The atmosphere there cannot be beaten, nicest group of individuals and coaches are super technical and experienced! They focus on the nitty-gritty and are dedicated to evolving the sport! One of the finest clubs in the country
