  I had the pleasure of training some BJJ with West Coast MMA earlier this year and this review is way past due. I can’t gush enough about the entire experience. I dropped in with some friends for a Sunday gi class with Coach Jose Ramirez who taught some awesome spider guard details. The curriculum and teaching approach was fantastic. All the students and teachers there were so welcoming and accommodating and helpful. The facilities are top notch. The mats are super clean. They have showers, and I think even a sauna. Culture is often the most important part of any combat sport academy and West Coast MMA has it in spades. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would 100% recommend this academy to anyone, whether they are experienced competitors, brand new to Jiu Jitsu or combat training, or anything in between. Thanks Coach Jose, Matt, Froggy and the entire crew for the hospitality, the sweat and the technique!

  Great gym. The instructors are very welcoming with a ton of experience. Big thanks to all the instructors for coaching my boys for the last 7 years they have learned so much and have had so much success at the tournaments. Now transitioning to the adult classes and love showing up every day.

  Been to a lot of different gyms. But West Coast Jiu Jitsu treats you like family! Coach Brian is one of the best coaches no matter what skill level you are. Fred is hands down of the the best striking coaches from kids to adults. West Coast has everything you need there.

  Outstanding gym! The coaches and staff are extremely talented and helpful. The facility is newly furnished as well. Best gym in the local area hands down.
