    I was traveling, had jetlag, and was up early in the morning. I felt that training and some good rolls would be just the thing to help me acclimate. The professor was welcoming, as were all the guys on the mat. The lesson was good, the drills were fun and the rolls were exhausting. I would highly recommend training here.

    Awesome place to train! All the best local people recommend Paragon, so I've always wanted to check it out. Stopped by open mat today and everyone was super welcoming, and demonstrated exceptional control. They have showers, heavy bags, and clean mats. Will definitely be coming back.

    this place has the best jujitsu around! For sure. Everyone is super cool. And it a very positive environment to go and forget about the stresses of the day with an awesome workout. I've never found a workout like this! My body was transformed. Not only is jujitsu a great workout, its a quick complex chess match on the mat. So it's a physics AND mental challenge unlike anything else I have ever done. If you are looking for the challenge of a lifetime, this is the place.

    I visited Paragon BJJ Ventura while traveling in SoCal. The gym is clean, spacious, and well equipped; the students are friendly and welcoming; and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I have been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 20+ years and *highly* recommend Paragon BJJ to anyone who wants to learn the "gentle art" in a safe, friendly, fun setting.

    Tried Paragon for their free week trial and I had the best experience. Everyone is so professional and friendly, I was completely new to the sport and I feel motivated to start a new journey. The coaches guided me through class and gave me a quick tour of their school. Guarantee it to anyone who is completely new or someone who is currently practicing. Top notch!
