Definitely the best place to train MMA in Ventura. Better than any other gym (I use to train at Gracie Morumbi) Super friendly, knowledgeable and experienced instructors. Great grappling techniques, incredible wrestling drills and fantastic striking classes alongside superb strength and conditioning workouts. These guys teach it all and they teach it well. They helped me and my friends get ready for our first fights and we all won so, they gotta be doing something right! (The guys we fought had experienced UFC fighters in their corners too) No BS or year long contracts, just well priced monthly tuition. If you want to learn Mixed Martial Arts and live in Ventura then you have to train at Rock and Roll Fight Company. It'll be the best decision you've ever made!!

I was getting ready for my 3rd pro fight and was looking for a new gym A friend told me about Rock and Roll Fight Company and recommended I go there. I contacted the gym via email and was invited into come check it out. I really like the atmosphere, the cage, and just everything they had to offer. The coaches Rex and Ben were not just about getting someone in the cage but also about teaching technique, cardio, and working on each individuals needs. I trained for my fight there and learned a lot. I highly recommend Rock and Roll Fight Company to anyone that is wanting to fight or just learn the sport of MMA.

By far the best out of the list of places to train in Ventura. You'll be taught the Rock and Roll way to undeniable technique, as well as gain in-depth insight when it comes to the other styles of MMA taught all around Ventura from other schools. And the ones at Rock and Roll Fight Company who will be teaching you couldn't be any more genuine. Whether it's Rex's no gi MMA grappling, Ben's Muay Thai combined with other powerful kickboxing styles, or just another peer there to help you with whatever you're struggling with, it'll all feel like you're actually learning these techniques, retaining everything, and can't wait to come back tomorrow to work on them. If you want the best of every aspect an MMA school can have, here it is. Come train with us. - Jaz

I enrolled my son here after trying other gyms, not only are the prices reasonable, the trainers are great guys and everyone always has a positive attitude. My son looks forward to going as much as he can and is in a great mood when he comes home. He has also lost over 50 lbs which was an added bonus.

Great place to train. Love the atmosphere and also great people to train with. Coaches are top notch and they push you to your goals and want to see you succeed. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to try MMA and who is actually thinking about fighting because this is the place to go.
