We highly recommend West Coast Jiu Jitsu. My son and my husband both train here, and the environment is absolutely amazing. The coaches are professional, patient, and truly care about each student’s development—both on and off the mats. The kids’ classes build confidence, discipline, and respect, while the adult classes are challenging and welcoming at the same time. I am also starting my BJJ journey with them as it really feels like a family. We’re very grateful to be part of this gym!

My twin boys, now 5½ years old, have been training at WCJJ for the past 3 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the club and its coaches. What truly sets WCJJ apart is that the focus is not only on Jiu-Jitsu training, but on creating a safe, respectful, healthy, and enjoyable environment for children. The coaches genuinely care about the kids’ wellbeing, confidence, and happiness, not just their techniques. Head coach Renan started working with my boys when they were very young and did not even understand English at the time. Despite the language barrier, he built such a strong bond with them that language was never an issue. Through patience, positivity, and encouragement, he connected with the kids in a way that made them feel comfortable and confident from day one. In fact, the boys didn’t just learn Jiu-Jitsu — they learned a new language from their coach: OSS 😊 My kids absolutely love coming to training, and as a parent, it gives me great peace of mind knowing they are learning discipline, respect, and confidence in such a supportive environment. I highly recommend WCJJ to any parent looking for a club that truly puts children first.

Such a lovely and welcoming school. Our oldest son has been training here for around 3 years and has come so far with his confidence, skills and discipline. Our youngest son joined a few months ago. He’s loving it and looks forward to every session. All the trainers are so patient, positive and encouraging with the kids. Would recommend the school to anyone at any level. Thank you WCJJ team!

Highly recommend West Coast to anyone looking to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. They have a professional setup with excellent coaches who offer a wealth of knowledge. The community is welcoming and supportive, making it a great place to train.

So happy and grateful to be part of WCJJ community! It is a fantastic place for kids and adults to learn jiu jitsu and develop lifetime skills. Highly recommend.
