I honestly can’t recommend this boxing gym enough! From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel welcomed, motivated, and part of a great community. The atmosphere is amazing, the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and everyone genuinely wants to see you improve and reach your goals. One of the best things about this gym is the positive environment. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and motivating, which makes every session something to look forward to. You’re surrounded by people who push you to be better, support your progress, and encourage you to keep going even when things get tough. There’s a real sense of community here, and it makes a huge difference. The facilities, coaching, and overall atmosphere make this place stand out. You can tell that the people running the gym genuinely care about their members and are passionate about what they do. They create an environment where people feel comfortable learning, improving, and pushing beyond their limits without feeling judged. Absolutely a fantastic place to train, learn, and grow. Huge credit to the coaches and everyone involved in creating such a positive and motivating environment. Keep up the amazing work! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into boxing or take their training to the next level. 🥊💪

Bustling, busy gym with lots of inspiring, polite gym bros. Super focused classes. Nice teachers. Lady at desk very helpful and polite and easy to deal with. Kids classes are well attended and have at least 3 teachers per group. We love it!

I had the best experience doing the beginners BJJ course. Having never done anything like it before I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Jay and Zumi were so attentive, patient & kind. The ambience as a whole was so welcoming. Would highly recommend M1FC.

Great gym, great staff, and a great atmosphere. It caters for everyone—from 40-year-old broken blokes having a midlife crisis and convincing themselves they're one workout away from an athletic comeback, to baddies who just want to fold their boyfriends into a pretzel. Something for everyone! 💪😂

Great gym with a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. Everyone I've met has been humble, friendly, and easy to get along with, creating a positive environment to train in. The coaches appear to be highly knowledgeable + skilled across a range of disciplines, including BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, etc. The combination of skilled instruction, great people, and positive energy makes this an outstanding place to train. I’ve really enjoyed training here so far and look forward to continuing to train at M1FC. I Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to switch gyms, those who are starting or exploring different Martial Arts styles. M1FC has good reviews for a reason. 👍 K.S

I signed up to the 5 week jiu jitsu beginners course with no prior grappling experience. The gym is so accommodating for new comers, both Hab and Jay were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent sessions within a supportive environment. If you’re interested in the sport but unsure where to begin, I recommend M1FC.

kids Martial Arts Camp! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this martial arts camp, and I highly recommend it to any family. My 5 years old attended the camp for two days and learned the basics of boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu jitsu, all taught with a strong focus on self-defense, confidence, and respect. Every single instructor was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They created a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children felt encouraged and empowered. You can truly feel the passion and care behind this amazing family-run business, and it shows in the way they treat both the kids and the parents. My daughter felt so proud and motivated, especially when she received her very special certificate, which meant so much to her and to us as a family. It was a beautiful way to recognize her effort and participation. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive and memorable experience. We will definitely be back and will continue recommending this kids Martial arts camp to others without hesitation.

Had a 1:1 sesh with Jay today. Fantastic sesh, super knowledgeable guy with a plethora of experience. Worked with what I wanted and what he recommended. Left the sesh motivated and excited for the next. 10/10 highly recommend for training, camps and more Will be back Great job M1FC

Boxing here is always a highlight of my week. All of the coaches are fantastic at what they do and do an awesome job accommodating all levels of experience. I started here as a complete newbie and have grown to have so much confidence in my skills and ability to learn. You guys rock, thanks team! WE LOVE M1FC!!

Hands down the best gym - of any kind - you will ever join in your life. If you’ve ever thought about wanting to give combat sports a go, then this is the place to do it. The team are super welcoming, regardless of your skill/experience level, and they create such a friendly atmosphere around the gym. Not to mention your fitness will go through the roof. Best decision I ever made.

I recently joined after doing thorough research — I wanted a legit boxing gym, not just a “box fit” or cardio boxing place. I was looking for trainers and members who are genuinely into boxing, who know technique and can guide me properly. Hab has been amazing — professional, personable, and encouraging. He’s been helping me improve my stance, posture, technique, and overall boxing quality. I’m really glad I found a proper boxing/MMA gym that’s focused on skill as well as fitness. Highly recommend! It’s five stars for a reason.
