Jay is a fantastic coach with extensive experience at the highest levels of uk bjj. This is the best facility in the area and a brilliant chance every day to train with one of the best coaches/competitors in the UK
My son (10) does Jiu-Jitsu with Jay and really enjoys it! He’s improved so much since starting. Jay is a fantastic instructor — you can really see his love and passion for the sport. He’s inspiring, patient, and great with the kids. Would highly recommend!
I've trained with Jay for BJJ and wrestling for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best places to learn and improve. Jay has excellent knowledge and does a great job breaking everything down in a way that’s easy to understand, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The training environment is top-notch, everyone is respectful, helpful, and focused on getting better. If you're looking for quality coaching and a solid group to train with, this is the place to be. I have been training with Jay and the team for a couple of months now. Cracking group of lads ranging from 14+. All of the sessions are immensely insightful and full of constructive discussions on technical aspects of Jiu Jitsu. Couldn’t recommend the club more for anyone looking to start their journey in BJJ, or higher belts looking for some tough rounds🤙🏻

Posted 2 years agoI started training at this club around 4 months ago with no prior experience of jiu-Jitu. The two amazing coaches made me feel welcome and have helped me develop my knowledge of the sport. I would definitely recommend this club to any beginner looking to join the sport!!
Posted 3 years agoVery friendly team with a great instructor, Jay who takes the time to ensure you understand all the moves properly. Ideal learning environment for all levels, especially beginners. I would definitely recommend it to everyone looking to do bjj at a good price
