First of all the content of the classes were alright but the payment plan and prices were extremely vague. I had started a trial which was supposed to be a 30 days as advertised but ended up being only 20 minutes out of the week it was shortened to. Before signing up for this ¨30 day¨ trial, I thought I would have enough time to decide whether I wanted to continue. Immediately after that one short session I was told that if I didn't decide now, the down payment would go up to $210 instead of $30 if I didn't decide now. I was extremely rushed and ended up paying the $30 as an all or nothing situation. The headmaster was very quick to respond while i was signing up and also very easy to communicate with. After I signed up and payed the money he had all of a sudden vanished, he became very hard to contact. I wanted to cancel my membership as I just wanted to check things out before checking other places out, and after reading reviews about not being locked into a plan, I did not see a problem. I tried calling right after I signed up and after going through his assistants, who told me that he would respond immediately, he did not get back to me for a full week. I ended up having to go into the establishment to even contact him where he then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be able to cancel as I had to call within 3 days after signing up, WHICH I HAD TRIED TO. He then brushed it off with a sorry and said there was nothing he could do about it, complete bull. After talking, he finally he told me that I was now locked into a 12 month plan in which I had to pay 180 a month. Everything was as vague, shady, and as rushed as it could be during the whole process. It basically felt like they had done all they could to get money out of me to cast me aside after I had payed them. A huge waste of time unless you are willing to pay the hidden fees.
