I’ve been training adult Muay Thai classes in Warrior for a little bit more than a year and I love it!!! I’ve been doing Muay Thai for 5 years in different countries (Colombia, Mexico and now the US), I know how hard it is to find high quality gyms… Since I moved to Texas I’ve been struggling finding high level classes till I found Warrior Martials Arts. I also tried Jiu Jitsu classes and they were awesome. I like challenges. I love the gym, the classes how the team members make sure you feel in a comfortable and safe environment. I love how the coach can adapt the class for a high level fighters and also for someone’s first time. Everyone can grow here. I 100% recommend it!!!

My kid says there is a wonderful coach that is very helpful and has taught him a lot. The staff and facility is great always clean and the gym is amazing. The coach is always great with the kids and adults. If you are looking for a place to learn fight learn lessons and respect and have fun I recommend WMA. This has got to be one of the best gyms in the US. I absolutely recommend Warrior Martial Arts.

My son has been going to Warrior for over a year and absolutely loves it. The coaches are very knowledgeable and understanding to everyone's levels. My son has learned so much. Ms. Lashawn is super helpful and the kids love her.

I tried the adult Muay Thai and BJJ classes, same coach for both. Muay Thai was mostly cardio, flashy, and mediocre quality at best. The BJJ was below average. During "flow rolls", I was on someone's back and he decided to jump into the air and slam me with both our bodyweights landing on my hip. Super illegal move in all competition rulesets I know of, and extra awful considering this is just training with your training partner. I can forgive a spazzy white belt and an injury which will probably last a week, but the worst part was that the coach didn't come to shut it down. Instead he said "make him pay, make him pay, make him pay." Yeah, I wish I was making this up. Considering the coach is helping create an unsafe training environment and most students are white belts, it's probably only a matter of time until someone gets seriously injured here. By the way, the coach said they will be mandating headgear for Muay Thai sparring in order to prevent concussions, but it's well known that headgear does not help prevent those. It's just for cuts and superficial damage. The Krus I trained under in Thailand would not allow them, because they can embolden fighters to hit harder (thinking they are safe) while also reducing their vision (defense).

I am so glad to have my son enrolled in Coach Austin's class. My son is autistic and he has taken to Coach Austin's instruction wonderfully. I can tell you that Austin is thorough, kind, and patient. Your kids will have a great time here!
