Coach Lee is a powerhouse of experience in MMA. He has over 30 years in the game and has brought up countless fighters. He trained in Thailand. The Vital Force environment is encouraging, warm, welcoming, and built to help you achieve your goals mentally and physically. Joining Vital Force MMA will upskill anyone whether you’re a beginner or intermediate. The classes are always full of all age groups and experience levels. There’s always tons of people to spar with. The staff is well trained and very helpful. It feels like a dojo and empowers you to stay committed to evolving . Very fun classes and definitely gives you the confidence from day 1 to stay consistent. 10/10 recommend

The gym and coaches at Vital Force are top notch. I'm a boxer and Coach Jorge at Vital Force has helped add some amazing tools to my toolkit during trainings. The hidden gem of the gym is Lorriane, the in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy who knows the injuries athletes and fighter are susceptible to and recovery needed. I wouldn't have signed up for my next fight without both her and Jorge on my team!

This is a boxing gym that can make children happy both physically and mentally. The coaches and the owner are all very nice.

I’ve been training at Vital Force for about 7 months now, it’s been a fantastic experience. I walked in with zero knowledge about fighting and am now training for my first fight. They also have the best schedule and so many options for how YOU want to train. Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, strength and conditioning, etc. Coach Le, his son Malaki (in the picture with me) and Christian are incredible fighters and instructors (just to name a few), and I couldn’t recommend them and the whole Vital Force community enough. Thank you guys for an amazing 7 months, I’m looking forward to continuing this journey!

I joined Vital Force almost 9 months ago and I love every second of it. Coach Lee and the other coaches have completely evolved my Muay Thai and kickboxing style to a different level. I see improvements in myself in areas I would have never known needed work on. I believe having knowledgeable coaches like the ones at Vital Force is 100% the reason for my improvements. There are many different times and classes for all different types of schedules people may have. The gym is clean, organized and everyone here is kind and supportive. If you’re looking for a place to get a workout in, get better at this sport or even have dreams of competing one day, don’t hesitate to give Vital Force a try!
