    Been going for years now and they just brought back their yoga class. This gym feels like home and the atmosphere is a family vibe but with serious training. The yoga class was a new experience for me and it was just as challenging, beneficial, and rewarding as the martial art classes they offer. This gym has been around for years and always greet everyone with open arms. If you’re in the area this is the GO TO place for Muay Thai.

    I came from out of town to keep up with my training and I could not be happier to have found United Thai Boxing & MMA. The dedication of the staff and trainers is truly inspiring. The vibe there is also amazing. 100 % recommend. Thank you United, for taking me in and showing me such an amazing work ethic.

    Came in for the first time tonight & was greeted with open arms. Everyone who walked in was greeted on a first name basis (from memory).. that speaks a lot about the environment & nature of this gym. Can’t wait to come back & begin feeling less awkward in Muay Thai!

    We absolutely love this place! We have been coming here off and on for 6 years. Two of my children have grown up here and now all three of them take classes. I recommend this anytime anyone asks for recommendations. The staff knows everyone and greets them by name and you definitely get what you pay for as far as the quality goes!

    Great people. OP shouts out your name as you walk through the door with a huge smile on his face. TK is extremely friendly and encouraging. All of the coaches are friendly yet focused and very skilled. They'll push you far past what you thought your limitations were as long as you are consistent and they've given me sound advice every time I've sought it out. I love coming here to train. They've cultivated very positive motivating energy in this gym.
