Sensei Andrew has been great. My son has been taking classes for years and now that he is older I have joined him. The belt progression under Andrew is outstanding for the kids both in terms of discipline/development and fun. As an adult, it has been a stimulating learning experience and made me much stronger and more flexible. I strongly recommend!

The group classes offer plenty of partner practice and sparring as well as traditional forms. The dojo is well-equipped and clean. The head instructor, Andrew, is a fantastic teacher with a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. If you want to learn self-defense with roots in traditional martial arts, this is the place to do it.

Sensei Andrew is a calm, patient and passionate instructor. I wasn't convinced about a new system made here but I've come to appreciate it under Sensei's guidance. The kids classes are fun and low-key unlike the traditional systems - so this is good for kids that thrive with structure yet flexibility.
Awesome Environment & fun classes! My Son enjoyed every bit of training starting at 6 years old. Sensei Andrew is certainly a master of his craft, he brings encouragement, inclusiveness, & inspiration to every session. Definitely boosted my son’s self esteem.
